Share Your COVID-19 Testimony for Congressional Review

American Frontline Nurses is building a secure testimony collection platform to help identify and document credible accounts related to COVID-19 hospital protocols, treatment experiences, and vaccine injuries for potential review by Senator Ron Johnson's upcoming congressional hearings.

We are seeking submissions from:

  • Patients who experienced concerning COVID-19 hospital protocols or treatment practices

  • Family members and loved ones who witnessed the care of hospitalized patients

  • Healthcare professionals with firsthand knowledge of COVID-19 policies, protocols, or patient outcomes

  • Individuals who believe they experienced a vaccine-related injury and have supporting medical documentation

Our goal is to create a comprehensive, evidence-based repository of testimonies that can be reviewed by medical experts and congressional investigators. Because congressional hearings require a high standard of credibility and documentation, all submissions will undergo a thorough review process. While every story matters, only a small number of cases may ultimately be selected for potential testimony before Congress.

The submission portal will allow participants to:

  • Share their personal experience

  • Upload medical records and supporting documentation

  • Submit photographs, reports, and other evidence

  • Indicate whether they are willing to testify publicly

  • Identify themselves as a patient, family member, or healthcare professional

All information submitted will be handled with care and reviewed by experienced advocates and subject matter experts. Our objective is to ensure that well-documented, credible testimonies are available for congressional review and that the voices of those affected are heard.

If you believe your experience should be considered, we encourage you to submit your testimony and supporting evidence. Together, we can help preserve these stories, document the facts, and contribute to a transparent public record.

Your story matters. Your documentation matters. Your voice deserves to be heard.
